I took off on a bit of a bicycle tour a few days ago. We are really enjoying the additional freedom to wander that having the bicycle gives us. Many times we send a scout out on the bike to check out the local highlights before we then wander out on foot.
This ride took me on a round trip tour from Juan les Pins out and around the cape and into the town of Antibes.
I even included a bit of culture in this adventure by making a stop at the Picasso Museum. Picasso was a pretty strange guy, and I’m now convinced that his art was the inspiration for all the strange creatures in the Men in Black movies.

Morpheus was designed by Carl Schumacher, built by Davie Norris Boatbuilders in New Zealand and launched in 2002. She spent her first 18 months cruising the South Pacific before reaching her home port of San Francisco. Since that time, Morpheus has been raced and cruised extensively. This blog will document her ongoing adventures.
