The picture below was taken after I re-injured my RIGHT knee during the first day of the Etchells Worlds. I ended up being treated by a sports medicine specialist that works with the British Olympic Team. My guess was that she knew what she was doing, so given the fact that I wanted to go sailing, I was open to anything that she suggested.
But please, someone tell me why she stuck needles in my perfectly good knee???

Given she treated your good knee and not your bad one - I am guessing she is one of Ireland's top graduates from the Guinness University
