Morpheus was designed by Carl Schumacher, built by Davie Norris Boatbuilders in New Zealand and launched in 2002. She spent her first 18 months cruising the South Pacific before reaching her home port of San Francisco. Since that time, Morpheus has been raced and cruised extensively. This blog will document her ongoing adventures.

Back to Tarifa!!
Well, this time I got in one great day of kitesurfing. We stayed for two more days, but the winds were howling once again. One day 1 there were over 100 kites out, on day 2 perhaps 20 in winds of 25-40 knots, on the last day there was exactly 1 insane kiter out with gusts up to 50 knots!!
Tarifa is great. A very interesting old town that comes alive at night. Really friendly people. And, an economy that somehow survives via water sports and ferry service to Moracco.
I hope to return....
