I spent some time in the water with my camera the past couple of days and the water is just phenomenal. It helps that the bottom is pure sand, but when I’m swimming I have to think this water is clearer than my swimming pool at home!
I’ve been so impressed that I played with a couple of different ways of presenting the same footage. Ultimately, I could not choose between the results so you get to see them both.
Morpheus was designed by Carl Schumacher, built by Davie Norris Boatbuilders in New Zealand and launched in 2002. She spent her first 18 months cruising the South Pacific before reaching her home port of San Francisco. Since that time, Morpheus has been raced and cruised extensively. This blog will document her ongoing adventures.
