Isle de Tabarca

Another day en route and at anchor. Just a two and a half hour journey early this afternoon to Isle de Tabarca.

The island is small. Probably less than a half a mile long, and very narrow. You could walk from one side to the other in about two minutes.

Sadly, I don't see the attraction. It is mobbed with tourists. The rocky and almost muddy beach is wall to wall umbrellas, beach towels, and people. This tiny island has at least six tacky seafood restaurants along the beach, and that's about it.

We will stay the night. The anchorage is nice and protected, and then move on to Alicante tomorrow.
